Trenton-based company acquisition shows growth and strength for Mid-Atlantic pest control company.
Parsippany, NJ (August 9, 2021) – Western Pest Services, a subsidiary of Rollins Inc. based in Parsippany, NJ, has expanded its footprint further into southern New Jersey and Pennsylvania with the acquisition of Abalene Termite & Pest Control.
Abalene Termite & Pest Control has been in business since 1927. Since then, the owner Ulrich Blumenthal and his son Daniel built a strong company in and around Mercer County. They are a commercial and residential pest control company with customers in Central New Jersey and parts of Pennsylvania.
The acquisition will enable both companies to broaden their service areas. It will also allow them to retain the family feel of a neighborhood provider but with the perks of a larger company with more resources behind it.
