Excellent, Fast Service

I had a bug problem that came out of nowhere and immediately contacted Western Pest. They were able to come out the same day and take care of the problem, and it was resolved quickly! They are reliable, professional, and extremely friendly. The price was reasonable as well. I will definitely call them again when I have an issue.

Very responsive

We’ve had several bug problems since moving into our house and every time I call, Western comes right out to find the source of the infestation and eradicate it.

Great service for many years!

Other than the standard home upkeep program I’m on, whenever I call for additional issues, Western sends out a technician very promptly. Most recently I have been getting the same person, which I prefer. He is always courteous and professional. When I needed gutters cleaned, I was happy to learn that Western offered gutter clean-out! Service is great!

Great Service!

We have used three different pest control companies over the years and by far Western Pest has provided the best service out of the three. All of the technicians who have come to service our home have been professional, polite, and friendly. They take time to answer questions and address concerns such as pet safety and organic gardening. They are also quick to respond to any pest issues that arise. It’s getting harder and harder to find companies that provide excellent customer service and quality work. Western Pest does, and at a reasonable price. We won’t be switching companies again.

Professional and Thorough Service

We have been using Western Pest Services for many years and have never had reason to complain! They are prompt, stick to the schedule, act professionally, and are thorough. Our technicians have found problems about which we were not even aware!

Excellent service

A soffit had eroded, so squirrels and birds were able to nest inside. I spoke with your technician and she understood exactly what the problem was and what we needed to do to fix it. Western Pest installed a device the same day so the creatures could exit but not re-enter. AWESOME. Problem SOLVED! Thank you Western Pest Services!

Great, dependable service!

Western is a great company! Their prices are fair and their service is excellent. Our technician came out numerous times until our ant problem was under control. They did this with no extra fees for the additional visits. They just wanted us to be happy and rid of pests!

Many companies send people to your home and they treat you as: We know what we are doing and you just pay the bill. Not so here. Each person I dealt with talked TO me, not AT me. As they went about their work I felt confident and assured. The effects of their work was noticeable within a day or so. No issues and I am a hard nut to please. Service at Cape May County One Stop Career Center

Our technician is always polite and friendly when he comes to our office. He explains in detail what he is doing and doesn’t laugh at any silly questions from our staff, especially about little rodents which most of us do not like. He is always very professional.

It’s nice to have a company whose staff members value customer service. The service coordinator always answers our calls in a prompt and friendly manner. Our technician has always provided such professional and friendly service over the years we have been with Western. We have had Western Pest Services’ annual contracts for years. We live on more than an acre of woods and open land. The office staff and technicians are responsive, effective, professional, courteous, and respectful. They will work diligently to treat unwanted situations, always with a smile. Additionally, their well trained employees are long-term, so their familiar presence in your home is comfortable as they go right to work. Always a welcome sight to see the ‘cavalry’ arrive, ready and armed. A very good company to call for any situation as well as part of sound, routine protection for your home.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting the amazing team from Western Pest Control. The professional care, passion and work ethic from each and every member of the team was second to none – starting with their warm greeting at the door to wearing shoe covers & changing them each time they went in and out of my home (unbelievable)!! They did everything they promised: from telling me that they would be back the next day, to checking the traps they set, to spending time explaining everything in detail with great patience. They showed me the areas of concern and how they were going to treat the areas. This company is amazing!! Thank you for going above and beyond with such class and professionalism – qualities very rarely found in the service industry today. You saved my sanity and restored peace and calm in my home!! Great service

Found a large wasp nest next to my driveway close to where my kids play, called Western in the morning, and they had someone there that same day in the afternoon. The technician removed the nest and took care of all of the wasps in less then 30 minutes. Great service!
